Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.
Use Listvint lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, upload content you do not have permission to use, or use Listvint to create deceptive, unlawful or infringing listings. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or our providers.
AI tools and results
AI outputs are suggestions. An edit may change or miss details; check the finished photo against the original before publishing a listing. You decide what to publish and remain responsible for the accuracy of your listing.
Price estimates are rough starting ranges based on the photo and information you supply. Listvint does not check live Vinted listings or sold prices and cannot guarantee a sale price. Listing descriptions may contain mistakes or unsupported details; review and correct them before use.
Photo-based observations can point out details to inspect, but they cannot authenticate an item. Listvint does not determine whether an item is genuine, counterfeit or safe to buy.
Your photos and content
You keep your rights to photos and information you submit. You give Listvint permission to process them only to provide the feature you requested, operate and secure the service, and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that material.
Do not upload photos of another person unless you have permission to use and submit them. The current app returns generated results to your browser and does not save photos to a Listvint account library.
Plans and payments
The current preview displays Free, Starter at €5.99 per month and Pro at €19.99 per month, with the feature and usage limits shown on the pricing page. Paid checkout is not active in this preview. If it is enabled, the checkout page will show the applicable price, billing period, taxes and plan details before you place an order. Stripe processes the payment; Listvint does not receive your full card number.
Any paid subscription will renew monthly until cancelled. You will be able to manage or cancel it through your account. The exact cancellation timing, refund policy and treatment of taxes must be confirmed and shown before checkout is enabled.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply by law. Where you have a statutory right to cancel an online service contract, Listvint will provide the required cancellation information. Before paid access is enabled, the checkout flow must explain any request to start the service during a cancellation period and obtain any acknowledgement required by law.

Availability and changes
